Cost & coverage · examine the offer

What would the full offer cost me?

Ask for an estimate that names each charge and says when it can change.

Why is there no KPV price range here?

KPV had no approved medicine as of September 28, 2026.

That left no maker’s list price and no price from a government program that pays for medicines.

So a KPV quote cannot be compared with the published price of an approved KPV drug.

What belongs in a written estimate?

These are questions to put to a service, rather than a list of charges that every visit includes.

The visit

Is this a charge for a single visit or for ongoing access?

Any proposed product

Is the product charge separate, and what exact product does it cover?

Tests

Are any tests proposed, why are they needed and who charges for them?

Follow-up

Is a later discussion included, or charged separately?

Supplies and delivery

Does the total include any supplies or delivery being proposed?

Renewal and cancellation

Does anything renew automatically, and what ends the charge?

Will my health insurance pay?

Ask your health insurance company about the care visit and the exact proposed product separately. Request its answer in writing, including what you may owe if it refuses to pay.

Keep the estimate and the insurer’s answer together. A general statement from a service is not an answer from your insurer about your bill.

Can a lower price answer the evidence question?

A low quote does not supply the missing studies of KPV use in people noted in September 2026.

Put the estimate beside the care questions. If the proposed treatment or any charge is unclear, ask the doctor or billing staff to explain it before paying.
